I like having these sausages in my freezer for making soups. There are a variety of flavors.

These are surprisingly good. Although I haven't broken out of the traditional breakfast format for these - scrambled into egg whites with potatoes and a little feta.

I tried these for the first time during a sampling last weekend at my local store and loved them. I've had them for breakfast and dinner. They are fairly low calorie and low fat. I do beleive the chardonnay adds a bit of unique flavor.

They're good. I love the TJ's Chicken Apple Sausage, so I decided to try this "fancier" variation. I went back to the simpler Chicken Apple Sausage :) Just heat in a pan for about - minutes (I like 'em charred on the outside!) and they're perfect to serve with a salad.
