Savory pancake to be eaten with rice.

Ingredients

  • A handful of broccoli/carrot slaw (TJ)
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg (TJ organic)

Instructions

  • Add oil to pan. Sautee veggies for 5 mins. Mix flour water and salt. Pour flour mixture on top of veggies. After 2-3, flip over. Beat egg and pour on top. After 3 minutes. Flip. Continue until crispy. Serve on top of rice.
