Savory Korean Inspired Pancake
PREP TIME: 5 minutes COOK TIME: 15 SERVES: 2
- 6 people
Savory pancake to be eaten with rice.
- A handful of broccoli/carrot slaw (TJ)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of water
- A pinch of salt
- 1 egg (TJ organic)
Add oil to pan. Sautee veggies for 5 mins. Mix flour water and salt. Pour flour mixture on top of veggies. After 2-3, flip over. Beat egg and pour on top. After 3 minutes. Flip. Continue until crispy. Serve on top of rice.
